协会正式成为国际影画乐曲复制权协理联会（BIEM）会员
近日，协会正式获准成为国际影画乐曲复制权协理联会（BIEM）会员。
2006年，协会向BIEM提交入会申请，并呈送了相关申请资料，历经资格审核期，近日，BIEM正式吸纳协会为其会员。
背景资料：
BIEM (Bureau International del’Enregistrement Mecanique)成立于1929年，是由法国、德国、意大利等多个国家的音乐出版公司共同組成的国际性组织。成立初期，BIEM的主要目标是管理国际间音乐作品的机械复制权（mechanical reproduction rights），1968年以后，BIEM不再自己管理音乐作品的机械复制权而改由各国的著作权集体管理组织自行管理，BIEM则组件成为整合全世界著作权集体管理组织的国际性组织，其目前的会员（著作权集体管理组织）已涵盖40多个国家。

As a new member you will be entitled to a personal access to the BIEM website on which you will find general information about BIEM such as the schedule of upcoming meetings/committees and the latest news headlines, information on all the societies ranging from contact lists of all BIEM societies’ staff working in the Mechanical Right department plus documentation on licensing conditions and market data. You will also have access to a number of important documents including contracts, list of signatories to the Standard Contract and Pressing Contract and some useful audit documentation.
You will receive shortly an ID and password to the site, and should anyone else in your society need an access, do not hesitate to ask us.
